Health & Beauty, two differents words but in a real perfect match: it’s impossible to imagine an healthy life without beauty, overall there isn’t beauty without health.
But what Health means? Health is the perfect balance between biological, psychical but also social aspects and it’s a dinamic condition always improving. It depends from our lifestyle so we need to take care about us, monitoring the quality of life. Healthcare exists to help people maintain this optimal state. Good health is central to handling stress and living a longer, more active life. Mental and physical health are probably the two most frequently discussed types of health. Spiritual, emotional, and financial health also contribute to overall health. Medical experts have linked these to lower stress levels and improved mental and physical well-being.
And what Beauty means? Beauty is an abstract condition linked to the set of qualities, perceived through the five senses, which arouse pleasant sensations and which we attribute to elements of the observed universe (items, people, sounds, concepts…) that we feel during the experience. It develops spontaneously and is connected to a positive emotional content. In its deepest sense, beauty generates a sense of benevolent reflection on the meaning of existence within the natural world. So it’s a dinamic condition too, and therefore interesting in this world where everything change continuously.
Yes because, what is beautiful is not beautiful but what pleases is beautiful. Obviously what is not healthy is not beautiful. An healthy body, a landscape, a flower, but also a simple detail, such as a smile, are all ambassadors of “beauty“. It’s commonly described as a feature of objects that makes these objects pleasurable to perceive.
