In symbiosys with the digital platform fashionview.naba.it conceived by the Academy in 2020 as a digital container for the students’ projects presented through experimental languages and forms, the expressive medium chosen on this occasion is a virtual show, with the curation and direction of Paolo Bazzani, NABA teacher and Art Director, who uses the new 3D virtual reality technologies and traces a path towards the new, in a journey between metaphysical and mutant environments, not far from the world we are crossing.
The menswear and womenswear collections protagonists of the virtual show were created by the NABA alumni of the BA in Fashion Design Lucia Grande, Sofia Interligi, Pierfrancesco Pierucci, Mar’yana P’yetsukh, Cristiano Ragazzoni, Melissa Riva, Serena Romei, Alessia Santoro, Niki Signoretti and the MA in Fashion and Textile Design Luisa Nunziata, Matteo Salamone and Franca Tomaino.
“We are very happy with NABA’s collaboration with Altaroma, which has been renewed for a couple of years now, giving students an important opportunity for visibility and strong emotions. As the driving force of emerging Italian fashion, Altaroma is undoubtedly an important showcase for presenting the creativity of our best designers, the result of long research, production and attention to every detail “
